Staying at Succurro

Throughout the year we welcome visitors to stay at Succurro, outside of our programs. Descriptions of accommodation options are below and images can be explored here!

At Succurro, we live with goats, chickens, pigs, bees, and dogs, as well as the other wildlife present; we grow vegetables and herbs for ourselves and visitors, and raise our animals for food. Seeing through the full lifecycle, and all the processes of nourishing ourselves, is a part of our practice and community ecology. We especially love visitors who are curious about this process! Feel free to ask us about things, or for a tour.

Succurro is also always in transition mode, as we adapt and respond in the world. Over time we are building out spaces for residencies, students, and volunteers, as well as creating trails for respectful exploration through the fields, wooded areas, and across streams that incorporate the creativity of those who spend significant time here.

RAISED PLATFORM TENTS | MAY - OCTOBER

At the top of the hill, with a beautiful view, there are 4 raised-platform tents. Each tent can house 2 to 3 people, and are furnished with a small dresser and shelves, and all necessary linens. There is a composting toilet just behind the tents; halfway down the hill, in the hawthorn grove, are the outdoor showers. Down by the house and barns, is the semi-outdoor kitchen and dining area. This is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen set up with fridges, grills, running water, and food storage. There is a fire-pit for hanging out, as well as a second composting toilet.

STUDIO APARTMENT | YEAR-ROUND

The Studio Apartment is a part of the main house, with it’s own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen that overlooks a small perennial garden and fire-pit area. We use this space for guest instructors and session intensives, as well as welcoming general visitors. This space is available throughout the year; please see our Airbnb listing for availability and general booking.

BACK APARTMENT | YEAR-ROUND

The Apartment is a large space, also attached to the main house. It has a private entrance overlooking our small perennial garden and fire-pit area, as well as access to a large deck. There is a lofted bedroom, large living room, kitchen, and bathroom. This space is available throughout the year; please see our Airbnb listing for availability and general booking.
